The 2022 Winter Olympics are getting closer and Yanqing's hydrogen energy industry has made new progress. On April 10, the second phase of the Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park (Winter Olympics supporting project- hydrogen making and refueling system) was officially started.

Yanqing Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park Phase II (Winter Olympics supporting project- hydrogen making and refueling system) held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 10.

The Yanqing Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park is jointly boosted by China Power International Development Limited ("China Power") and the Yanqing District Government. The two parties will take the opportunity of serving the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics to explore the demonstration and application of green hydrogen energy in Yanqing.

Upon its completion, the Phase II project will play the role of an integrated platform of hydrogen production, storage, transport and refueling, and realize centralized control of hydrogen energy through intelligent dispatching to serve the "Green Winter Olympics" and "Technology-boosted Winter Olympics".
